Cybele was awesome! She was kind and empathetic and also meant business. I unexpectedly lost my job two weeks before Christmas. We just got married in September, and my wife terminated her marketplace insurance to join my employer insurance in November, just for us to both lose insurance (immediately) a month later, right after open enrollment for marketplace closed. Obviously we were pretty panicked. My wife’s therapist recommended Hummingbird Insurance, specifically Cybele, and thank god we listened to her. We had a quick, easy, and painless phone call on Christmas Eve. She walked us through everything and made a very intimidating and stressful situation simple and straightforward. She set us up with marketplace insurance starting Jan 1, answered all of our questions, and we walked away from that phone call with a huge weight off our shoulders. We spent the rest of the holidays with our family much more at ease and just kept saying “oh thank god have insurance.
